What I'm looking for

 

I am currently looking for adult science-fiction and fantasy that is ambitious, original, and thematic, with a broad scope and excellent characterization. In science fiction, I am especially interested in books about space exploration from BIPOC authors. I am perfectly happy to see books written as the first in a 2-3 book series and books that fall on the longer side of genre standards. Some favorites of mine are, in no particular order:
